The FDP on Blue Ocean Strategy is based on the famous book Blue Ocean Strategy by Prof.s Kim Chan and Renee Mauborgne. It is strongly recommended that you to buy a copy of this book and go through the same before attending this FDP.
The program looks at how Blue Ocean Strategies can be developed by challenging some of the conventional assumptions and provide a step by step methods for developing the same.
This year we have also included a full fledged BOS simulation from Stratx as part of this FDP which will give a hands on experience for the participant on how to create and manage complex strategies to explore blue oceans
