Organisational Behavior

This course deals with human behavior in organizations with a focus on individuals, groups, and their interactions. The goal of this course will be to increase your awareness of the challenges associated with human behavior in the workplace in modern times. Problems related to human behavior are complex and managers need to be able to reflect on and analyze these problems from various angles. Through series of conceptual lenses, the aim of the course is to provide you tools that you can use to solve specific problems.
