Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode has been involved in past with JKO in helping develop strategic leadership pipeline through training and development programs for its executives at different levels. This intervention aims at facilitating a structured intervention to help senior executives develop breakthrough project ideas and to provide facilitated implementation with a dual objectives of identifying transformative initiatives for JKO and its business to be of strategic relevance in changing business environment and to inculcate strategic planning and implementation approach among senior executives.
